We're happy to present the first 2022 newsletter for Brookwood Condos. We have heard the requests for more frequent, detailed, and comprehensive communication and this is one step along that path. Inside you will find important updates about the community, Homeside Properties, as well as opportunities to engage with our neighbors.

Brookwood Community Revitalization Project:

As discussed during the May, 2022; a major factor in the foundation of the Brookwood community in 1973 was a sense of community. Over the last several years we've had a larger influx of new homeowners and haven't risen to the challenge of making them feel welcome and getting to know one another. We're please to announce what we are calling the Brookwood Community Revitalization Project, a call to action to get to know your neighbors and help sponsor events inclusive of our entire neighborhood. Our first two activities for this project are a Brookwood Community Mixer on Saturday, July 9 from 1pm-4pm; Come to the clubhouse and get to know one another over summer treats; and a "Cutest Pest Contest", where you can submit your favorite photos of your little buddies. We will have a winner for each of the following categories, provided entries:

• Dog

• Cat

• Bird

• Reptile

• Fish

• Other

Requesting photos be emailed: bwdirector183@gmail.com by July 15 to create a poll. Winners will be published in the August Newsletter.
